Our team of Physicians Assistants and Nurse Practitioners are licensed and professionally trained in providing the primary care you need. 

FNP over 30 years in healthcare. Focused on holistic health and wellbeing. Naturopath focus combing medications if needed using positive lifestyle to limit them. Currently working on NAMS certification specializing in hormone replacement therapy. Extensive experience in mental health, mind and body wellness.

Shelby Turvey

FNP-C
Seth has a Bachelor’s of Science in Exercise Science and a Master’s of Medicine from Trevecca Nazarene University. He is a member of the Tennessee Academy of Physician Assistants. He currently serves on the Tennesse State Board for Physician Assistants and has over 20 years of Urgent Care Experience.

Madison is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a bachelor's degree of Science in Nursing from Saint Louis University and a Master's degree of Science in Nursing from Belmont University. She has over 2 years of experience in family practice medicine as a provider and 2 years of experience as a critical care nurse at Saint Thomas Midtown in their Intensive Care Unit. She is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.
